- 4+ Years of UX/UI Design Experience: Proven experience designing for web, apps, e-commerce, dashboards, and both B2B and B2C products.
- Fast Prototyping & Iteration: Ability to rapidly prototype, test, and iterate to quickly validate design concepts and improve them.
- Strong Portfolio: A portfolio that demonstrates your design expertise and successful project launches (applications without a portfolio won’t be considered).
- Exceptional UI Design Skills: A keen eye for pixel-perfect design, layout and typography.
- Branding Expertise: Experience in applying branding principles to enhance the product's identity.
- Experience with Design Systems: Extensive knowledge of Figma and experience with system design principles
- Project Management Skills: Solid ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set realistic expectations, and meet deadlines.
- Customer Obsession: Focused on delivering "wow" moments at every touchpoint of the customer journey.
